By accessing or using the 2Exalt website located at 2exalt.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Site.

2. About 2Exalt
2Exalt is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our mission is to create honest, intellectually curious spaces where people of all backgrounds can explore faith, doubt, and the questions that sit between them — together.

3. Use of the Site
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
Use the Site to transmit or distribute unsolicited communications, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person or community member

Impersonate 2Exalt, our leadership, or any other person or entity

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video content, and design elements — is the property of 2Exalt or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
You may share our content for personal, noncommercial purposes with attribution to 2Exalt. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

5. Donations
Donations made through our Site are processed by Donorbox and Stripe. By making a donation you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
2Exalt is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will provide donation acknowledgment in accordance with IRS requirements.
All donations are final. We do not offer refunds on charitable contributions. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at hello@2exalt.org and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
6. Email Communications
By joining our email list you consent to receive communications from 2Exalt as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site contains links to third-party websites and services including YouTube, Instagram, Donorbox, and Stripe. These links are provided for your convenience. 2Exalt does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service.
Linking to a third-party site does not constitute endorsement of that site or its content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and all content, services, and information provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2Exalt, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Site or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you donated to 2Exalt in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2Exalt and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated to our email community before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2Exalt regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
